The day after Retreat

Sooooo
It was a full of pressures when we had to prepare the retreat of our church. It spent a lot of energy, emotion, and of course our time.  How could it happen?
It was started when the Youth Fellowship had a deal to make a national retreat for our church.
We chose 5-7 July 2012 at Puncak Kana, Bogor. It wasn’t easy to prepare this retreat. Because we had to publish this retreat to 9 other churches. We invited Manado, Bali, Samarinda, Lerep, Semarang,Lampung, Palembang, and Kali Pancur. So on the final day, almost 100 young people gathered at our central church at Jakarta. The most difficult part was the journey of the participants. On Wednesday, they arrived at Jakarta and stayed at the dormitory of Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Indonesia (STTI). As one of the committees, I helped to take care of them. From how would they eat, when they had to go to sleep, and how to make they feel comfort during at Jakarta (*stole from mas Yogo. HaHaHaHa).

Fuuuuhhhhh

It would be easier if we had more committee at that time. But unfortunately,  there wasn’t  much of us who can handle this retreat. Yes, with a limited committee, we tried to do all of the best from ourselves for this retreat.

So many problems that we had to face on retreat . But I won’t  share it because the space of this post isn’t enough. Hahahahaha

Let’s talk about the fun parts.

After all the tiring moments on retreat, we finally had a refreshing moment.

With the other committees and participants, we had a lunch at Samudera restaurant. The best part of it was when I finally ate Bakpau. Hahahaha
I’m a freak lover of bakpau since I was a little girl. So you can ask me all about bakpau and you won’t doubt me as the biggest fan of Bakpau. And tried the other kinds of Chinese foods. Yuuupppsss.. delicioso

Then, we went to Monas just to take some pictures. Hahahaha

Silly things because we had too much stress.

Then the best part was we went to Grand Indonesia.  And it was also silly because we went there just to watch a dancing fountain for 10 minutes. Hahahaha
Well, but it was worth because I watched it beside the lovely boy who made me melt every time I saw him. Hahahaha

the dancing fountain

And finally, we closed the day with watched the amazing Spiderman at Fx-Senayan. The movie wasn’t really interesting, but the main actor was absolutely made me enjoy the movie. Hahahaha

Say hello to Andrew Garfield who has the best smile ever!
can't stop screaming when see an eye-glasses boy

THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOU WHO MADE THIS RETREAT HAPPENED
AND OF COURSE THE ONE AND ONLY,
JESUS CHRIST

and... what's the point of this post?

maybe this quote will close this post beautifully ;)

Don't worry 'bout anything; instead, pray about everything; tell God your needs and don't forget to thank Him for His answers
